01Who is the controller

The controller of the personal data processed on this website is LV7 Produções e Eventos, with an office at Av. Giovanni Gronchi, 5650, 2º Andar, Morumbi, São Paulo, SP, CEP 05724-002, Brazil. LV7 is part of the Flowup Group, made up of integrated companies of Flowup Agency.

02Data we collect

  • Quote form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company and the event details you send, such as date, venue, size and message.
  • WhatsApp conversations: name, number and the content of the conversation.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, logged by the server for security.
  • Cookies: as described in the cookies section below.

We do not ask for sensitive data and do not knowingly collect data from minors.

03How we use data

  • Reply to quote requests and prepare proposals.
  • Plan, produce and deliver contracted projects.
  • Keep the website secure and working.
  • Understand how the website is used and improve our communication, only with your consent.

04Legal bases

We process data under article 7 of the LGPD: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (quotes and projects), legitimate interest (security and better service), compliance with legal obligations and consent (analytics and marketing cookies).
